Welcome to Zyl Vardos. I build tiny houses right here in Olympia, WA. I make most elements right in my shop: windows, doors, electric, plumbing, composting toilets, solar... Even trailer frames! I can use salvage materials when requested, or when the whim takes me. These are most often: doors, windows, flooring, lumber and trim, trailer frames, and occasionally small appliances. I'd like to mention that I just completed a design for a $22,200 Zyl House (by popular demand.) It is 18' in length, with an arched roof and the Zyl round window! More details upon request...

I also offer my experience as a consultant and/or engineer for your project. This can be a full design, or just a consult regarding structure, carpentry, weathering, systems, project planning, or towing/trailer setup: $50/hr
